  • Business is an Old English word meaning "the state of being busy." I'm not here to coach you on being busy, quite the opposite. I help you lean into what fascinates you, delegate or automate what drains you, and eliminate everything else.

    You'll be amazed by your attachment to being busy. This attachment drives strange behaviors: undercharging for services, accepting clients who don't value you, over-delivering until you're stretched thin, and scattering energy across marketing efforts with little return.

In Another Life

(My Bio)

At 17, I toured Australia and Europe as the lead singer with an Irish dance show. Two years later, I returned to Cork to complete my degree and master's in classical music and performance—and to meet my best friend. Together, we opened a singing school that I ran for ten years before selling it to owners who've kept it thriving ever since.

Those years were extraordinary. I watched students rise to international recognition, shared stages with my musical heroes, performed with orchestras and bands, and sang in arenas, festivals, and on live television.

In Dublin, I met four jazz musicians at a jam session. We released my debut album that same year. I also lectured at college, but my restless spirit pulled me back on the road as a private vocal coach for a touring artist.

When I settled in London in 2020, lockdown changed everything. I built an online course business helping artists release their music, mastering TikTok, YouTube, and digital education along the way. Last year, I passed that venture to former students.

Today, I'm home in Ireland as an accredited leadership coach and business advisor to coaches and consultants. I've cleared my online presence to make space for what matters most—being an artist, singer, and songwriter again.
