I'm not here to coach you on how to be busy, quite the opposite. I'm here to help you lean into what fascinates you, delegate or automate what drains you but remains essential, and eliminate everything else.
You'll be amazed by how attached to being busy you are. This attachment will have you doing all sorts like undercharging for your services, saying yes to clients who don't value you, over-delivering until you're stretched thin, and scattering your energy across marketing efforts that have little to no return.

I put together bespoke 1:1 retreats for individuals who need to escape to think straight that can include hikes, yoga, meditation, arts and crafts, sauna/swim, music and good food (obviously).

(My Bio)
I’m lucky that my Mum encouraged me to follow my bliss.
At 17, I toured the Australia and Europe as the singer with an Irish dance show. After two formative years on the road, I returned home to complete my degree and masters in classical music and performance. That’s where I met my best friend, and together we opened a singing school. After ten wonderful years, I sold the school, and I’m so proud that it continues to flourish in Ireland today under its fabulous new owners.
Those years were magical. I watched some of my students rise to international fame as artists and Hollywood stars. I shared stages with many of my all-time musical heroes, performed with orchestras, DJs, and incredible bands, and sang on my dream stages including arenas, festivals, and live television.
I then moved to Dublin where I met four extraordinary jazz musicians at a local jam session, and together we released my debut album that year. I also spent time as a college lecturer, but my restless spirit soon took me further afield. I began giving workshops on vocal technique and music business across Ireland and the UK, and every summer I travelled to LA to teach at an Artist Mentorship Retreat.
My next adventure brought me around the world again, this time as a star’s private vocal coach. When I eventually settled in London in 2020, Covid opened an unexpected door: I launched an online course business helping artists release their music. I had a ball learning the ins and outs of TikTok, YouTube and course creation. Last year, I passed that venture on to former students of the programme, feeling called into the next chapter of my journey.
Today, I’m back home in Ireland. I’m an accredited leadership coach working behind the scenes as a business advisor to coaches and consultants.
